TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:
- Payments Are Through Paypal/Paymaya
- 60% Upfront Of The Full Price Is Required To Start Sketch And The Rest (40%) After Initial Sketch.
- Artwork Will At Most, Take 2 Months Or Earlier (Usually Will Finish In 1-2 Weeks Provided There Are No Unforseen Circumstances)
- The Artist Has The Right To Decline Requests. (Due To Multiple Reasons. Above Current Capabilities, Not In The Options, Etc.)
- Finished Work Will Be Sent Via Email Containing The .png File.
- Extra Revisions will net extra fees.
- Commercial Fee's Will Be 2x (Or More) The Original Price.DISTRIBUTION:
- I, The Artist can post the Wips/Commissions On My Socials. (Unless Privatized/NDA is bought)
- The Artist Reserves The Right To Monetize The Artwork Unless Privatized By The Client (Note: Commissions/Wips May Be Uploaded By The Artist On Their Socials Unless Client States Otherwise)
- The Artwork Will Only Be For Personal Use And Not To Be Reproduced Resold. (Unless Commercial Rights Are Bought)
- If The Client Has Bought The Privacy Fee And Posted The Artwork In Their Socials, I May Repost The Image On My Socials.
- If The Client Has Bought The Privacy Fee, I'll Request A Small / Cropped Snippet Of The Image That Can Be Shown With Their Approval.
- If Client Intends To Post It, Please Credit Me.REFUNDS:
- Can only be requested If I haven't started the commission yet.
- If I decide to cancel due to circumstances.
